Ongoing support is available on either an hourly or a yearly basis.

Our yearly support contract allows for unlimited technical support through our toll-free number, together with all scheduled program updates for that year. The current price for this option is $250 per year.

For hourly support, we charge $70 per hour including travelling time if necessary. This option does not provide for any program updates.
